Are You a Tease?

Come on.  Admit it.  You know you use it and you are not ashamed of it.  You pull the string.  You look back after turning around and smile.  Here I come.  Just following you.  Please don't drag this out.  I need to now. . . . . . .   "Where do I sign"?

Persuasion.  If you got, you probably use it.

There are basically 6 types of persuasion.  We all use them it's just that we don't understand them.  They are all based on human behavior and have been studied over and over again.  So here are the six:

•1.      Reciprocity -  creating a need to give back to those who have already given

•2.     Consensus -  using the role that others play in their choice

•3.     Authority -  impacting a decision by deferring to your expert

•4.     Reliability - aligning your agenda with the value of another

•5.     Penchant - people prefer people they know

•6.     Scarcity - people want more of what they think is scarce.

These 6 basics type of persuasion apply to all types of businesses and activities.

You need to know your clients biases and what activates their buying or selling process.  Know this can have an incredible impact on your results and your relationships.

Go ahead . . . . Tease me!
