The Maverick Builder Rule of Abundance
The Rule of Abundance is that business opportunities are always more than plentiful.
The rule demonstrates that whether fullness of the spirit or a plentiful supply, that scarcity is manufactured by the frequency in communication and not in occurrence.
That being said, we choose our pathway communication to prosperity or poverty. Failure has to be expected and accepted, but for every attribute of failure there is an opposite, effective attribute that will need to be explored and communicated with a market.
The Principle of Greatness is open to all that serve and sacrifice. The world of business is populated by big, highly diversified generalist and small, narrowly focused specialist. They both miss the power of sacrifice and the Greatness that can be achieved by service.
As a business reaches a point in service that sacrifice is part of a model platform, then the Rule of Abundance and the Principle of Greatness will fill the soul and secure a structure of prominence and servitude that will lead the current and next generation to fulfillment.
The above way is how I would address a lecture hall at the university.
What I would like to express to the Real Estate Industry is today's perception that runs through our corporate culture is not one of scarcity but of plenty. If you have any doubts, just stroll down the aisles of any supermarket or grocery store. What you will find is a variation upon variation of sizes, flavors, sideshows, generics, and forms.
Why this happens is obvious. Nobody wants to focus.
Businesses want to find quick marketing victories that are frustrating to our prospects and clients. The challenge is to narrow the focus with quality or any other ideas that doesn't have proponents for the opposite point of view. Also, narrow your focus through service and sacrifice.
Understanding the Rule of Abundance and narrowing your focus can help solve today's biggest problems.
