Ok, I did tease you a little bit, but I do want to pass on a tip.  A niche that nobody is working with today.  This group will need a lot of work, but the payoff is huge. 

This group knows style and trends.  This group takes networking to a new level.  They are eager to learn and have spent the last four years finding themselves and planning a career and a life.

I am talking about the College crowd. 

They will be new buyers in the market, they will have new jobs, they will not have mom and dad with them, and they need help planning for their future.  These future home buyers are just waiting for someone to teach, guide, and plan for them. 

Mom and Dad just kicked them out the door.

Teach them how much to save, what can they afford, and where is the best value.  They will also be very "Green" and want to know about "Green Stuff." 

What a great way to become an expert than to teach the young.  My college, high school, and middle school children believe that their educational experience is from the greatest experts on the earth. 

The age of the innocent is lost but this can be your gain.  Call the university, professors, and staff to set up a program.  Give you time, your experience and your advice to these soft heads. 

Be forewarned that you must be a social media expert or you will get "tweeter-pated", "face-stoked," and "text-read" by this group.  When you find you way into their "circle of friends" you will be the expert.
