Closer . . . . .

Can I sell you a CD that will tell you the secret?

Can I sell you the DVD that will open the gate?

Will you subscribe to my Blog or Website to study the secret?

Once I give you the secret will you try and reverse engineer the secret?  Will you look at other sites to see it they have a better secret?  Will you ask others about the secret you have just discovered?

Now that you have heard, seen, read, and searched, maybe you are tempted to believe there is no secret.

The Secret is Real!

The Secret is embedded in every tip you read, every DVD you watch, and every CD you listen to.  Actually there are 3 dynamics that work together in the Secret of Success.

And to be blunt, these three dynamics separate the winners from the losers.  You need to master each and you'll start moving forward.  Maybe slowly at first, then you'll pick up momentum and things will start to move amazingly quickly.

•1.      First Dynamic - You must find something that stirs your soul!

Every year starry eyed entrepreneurs buy millions and millions of dollars' worth of "how to succeed"  or "perfect business in a box" products.  These people  are looking for something and they are not just limited to the pajamas set or the IT geeks.

People are looking for to be stirred and there are products that will stir you soul.  The secret is to find one that will work for more than 45 seconds.

Here is the insight:  that most value the dream more than they do the result.  They want to get out of their cubicle, out of their 9 to 5, or out of credit card debt.  They want to, they need to, but they will not take action long enough to succeed.

They did not find something to stir their soul.  Make sure the business or profession stirs your soul or you will not be successful.

•2.      Second Dynamic - You must become outstanding at your choice.

You just can't work at it.  Working randomly without a plan to become better will only create random results.

You have heard is said that when the only tool you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.  You need to add tools to your belt.  Train yourself to become an expert.  Learn something outside of your expertise.

Plan to become outstanding.  Put together a reasonable plan for training and your business.  Make sure your plan has lots of "actions" that you will take.  If you plan is to "grandiose" then it most likely will not be implemented and the spectacular goals will never be reached unless they inspire you.

Athletes move from High School, to College, to the Professional ranks one step at a time.  They become outstanding by taking action each day.  The actions are simple and repetitive because they work.  When they try something else, it must be scalable and measurable.  This may sound simplistic but it works.

•3.      Third Dynamic - You must believe that you can have it!

You are the secret sauce.  You are the one looking for the spoon.  You are the one with the plan.  You are the one who can become outstanding.    You can create an extraordinary business that supports a meaningful life.

You need to establish yourself as a credible authority.  You need to be creating compelling content about yourself and your business.  You need to ask questions.  You need to follow real-life stories and examples.

You need to believe that you can achieve success.

There will always be people, thousands of people who know more than your do.  That's ok.  Acknowledge them and move on.

When you have put together all three dynamics of success you will have an authentic voice in the business that stirs your soul.  People will see it in you.  You will glow of humble and genuine success.

This is the Real Secret to success.
